Terms & Conditions
- All toll, parking, permit, road tax to be paid at actual by the guest/company.
- GST will be extra.
- For billing purposes, the time and the distance readings are calculated from our garage back to our garage which is closest possible to the reporting location
- Force Traveler for city usage is available for a minimum of 10hrs hiring only
- For outstation duties, chauffeur’s allowance (CA) is to be paid per calendar day. Rates are Rs.600 for Force Traveller.
- Hill Climb charges at Rs.1000 (excluding entry fee and GST) per hills destinations to cover additional wear and tear, and drop in milegae.
- Outstation trips are calculated based on a per-calendar-day basis and not on hours of usage.
- Outstation trips will be billed for a minimum of 250kms per calendar day.
- For outstation trips, cars returning to our office after midnight will attract an additional day chauffeur’s allowance.
- Outstation trips, where the usage is more than 200Kms each way for single day bookings, chauffer’s allowance is double
- Outstation trips, additional Driver / Chauffer’s night halt allowance night is additionally chargeable
