Car hiring Terms & Conditions

• • All toll, parking, permit, road tax to be paid at actual by the guest/company.

• • Sharmans Cab Tariff is presented to you on request is excluding GST ( @ 5% )

• • For billing purposes, the time and the distance readings are calculated from our garage back to our garage which is closest possible to the reporting location
  • Half day ( 5hrs / 50kms ) Local Duty used beyond 7 hrs will be switched to 10hrs / 100kms package rate for billing purposes

• • Force Traveler for city usage is available for a minimum of 10 hrs hiring only

• • For outstation duties, chauffeur’s allowance (CA) is to be paid per calendar day. Rates are Rs.700 for Force Traveler and Rs.600 for all other cars.

• • Outstation trips are calculated based on a per-calendar-day basis and not on hours of usage.

• Outstation trips will be billed for a minimum of 250 kms per calendar day.

• • For outstation trips, cars returning to our office after midnight will attract an additional day chauffeur’s allowance.

• Outstation trips, where the usage is more than 200 Kms each way for single day bookings, chauffer’s allowance is double
